Overview

Here at Vessi, we believe that customer experience is essential to our success. We are looking for a thoughtful, resourceful and systematic leader to build the foundation and help scale our online customer experience team. In this role, your objective will be to build new systems to elevate and strengthen our existing systems to scale with Vessis growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve hiring processes and practices
  • Manage and scale new hire training
  • Work closely and manage the Vessi Experience Team
  • Build scalable new systems to improve customer experience
  • Create detailed data reports for department heads
  • Set clear expectations and goals with the Experience Team on what drives customer success

Qualifications

  • You genuinely care about customer experience and the role it plays in building a brand
  • 5+ years in customer experience
  • Experience with leading remote teams
  • You must be currently located in Vancouver or willing to relocate
